The child’s name ALLY STEWART-OATEN (DOB: 5/30/2015): This is the coroner number 2015-07610 (just in case you want to request the report).

Basically what happened on this case was  that father routinely drops off Ally at day care and that father honestly believed that he had dropped Ally off on 11/3/2015.

After getting to work, father went about his daily routine and did not realize he had not dropped Ally off until he went to his vehicle at the end of his day and saw her in the car.
