Baby found dead in
hot SUV outside gas station near Sanford
A baby was
found dead inside a hot SUV outside a gas station near Sanford on Friday
afternoon, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
The
child, believed to be a 1-year-old girl, was locked in a vehicle at Wawa at
4660 W. State Road 46, said Bob Kealing, a Sheriff’s Office spokesman.
Seminole County Fire Rescue responded to the scene about 4:50 p.m.
Authorities are interviewing witnesses and investigating the incident.
