A 4-year-old boy died Friday after he was left in a hot car on
Oak Ridge Road near Orange Blossom Trail, according to the Orange County
A bystander saw the boy alone in a locked car with
the engine turned off about 2:30 p.m. The bystander took the boy to a fire
station across the street. Firefighters then took the boy to Arnold Palmer
Hospital for Children, where he was pronounced dead.
